Where does Rama Voyage ship to and what are the rates? We offer shipping worldwide. Please see our Shipping Information for more.

What forms of payment do you accept? We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, PayPal, and Amazon Payments. All prices are shown in Australian dollars and all orders will be billed in AUD.

Can I change or cancel my order? Please email customercare@ramavoyage.com to make any changes to your order.

How do I track my order? Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Do you accept returns? We accept returns on unworn, unwashed, and in otherwise perfect condition items. Shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface, and must be returned in their original, undamaged shoe box. Swimwear will only be accepted if the hygienic strip is intact.

You have 21 days from the date of purchase to request a Return Authorization Number and return the item(s) to us, using the complimentary pre-paid return label.

Sale merchandise reduced 30% or more is considered Final Sale, and is not eligible for return or exchange.
